1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to ph5522 during the twelve (12) month period prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10.3 PAGCOR Arbitration

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph5522 is subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process may escalate their dispute to PAGCOR for review and arbitration in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Account Termination by ph5522

ph5522 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, non-compliance with AML procedures, or at the direction of regulatory authorities. In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, ph5522 may withhold funds pending investigation and may permanently forfeit funds if fraud or material breach is confirmed.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph5522 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and ph5522.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

The failure of ph5522 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ph5522.

13.4 Force Majeure

ph5522 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or any other events outside our control.
